The old structures are crumbling. Whether that leads to something better is unclear, but the only way forward is through. Let's look at some of the most powerful signals.

We used to have a master-apprentice model. Then came industrial-style education. The work was repetitive, so it made sense to front-load knowledge. One teacher could handle large classes, great for scaling, perfect for the industrial revolution.

But then came the internet. Suddenly, information was accessible to everyone. Even someone like me, someone who scored as more disagreeable than 100% of the population on the Big Five personality test, could make it. Despite all odds, I did.

YouTube brought us closer to the master-apprentice model again. A highly skilled teacher can reach millions through video, and we could pause, rewind, and rewatch. AI is now perfecting that system. Cluely is aggressively making the old processes obsolete and showing big fuck-you to the system. The endgame? A vision-based AI companion that teaches you in real-time, the perfect master to you, the apprentice.

The old way to gain opportunity was rearding compliance more than raw skill:
1. Go through an institution
2. Network or submit to traditional "humiliation rituals" (internships, resume grinding, interviews)

Now? We have X. Thank you, Elon.

You see new voices rising, having tens or hundreds of thousands followers. They get noticed. They get offers. You can bypass traditional credentialism just by showing your skill, by screaming out your skill. If it's good, people will see it. It is pure, free-market system without any extra processes.

Individual creators like @levelsio made more money on his own than most university grads ever will. People love him because he's a fresh, unfiltered voice, untouched by the education compliance bootcamp.

Then there's the strange case of @yacineMTB. He mostly shittalks, stands as exact opposite to the status-quo, another fuck you to the system.
I have no doubt these people have tons of VCs throwing money at them, they're the proof that the system is breaking.

For the first time in history, raw individualism is the threat to the system. Let's steal fire from the gods.
